Rates & Terms of Service

Pricing is based on the number of guests estimated to attend.

Because we ‘reserve’ a spot for that quantity of people on our event calendar,
we invoice based on the guest count that you estimate attending.

Most tabletop and other décor is included within the base price. Other exceptions are listed.

Events will be priced individually.
(ie. you are renting for your wedding. If you would like some decor for your rehearsal dinner,
that will be charged as a separate event.)

Prices shown below do not include a 5.5% Wisconsin Sales tax.
This will be included on your invoice and payment is due at pickup.

Rates by Event

  • Look over linens for previous stains

  • Count all items (including linens) to confirm number on Rental List was received 

  • Confirm there are no chips or cracks in glassware, votives, etc.

  • Wash all dishes and utensils - must be completely dry

    • For vintage dishware - DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER

  • Wash and fold all linens

  • Remove food/stains from chargers or placemats - HAND WASH ONLY

  • Remove all wax and candles from candle holders/votives

  • All water emptied from vases

  • Place table numbers back in ziplock bags

  • Rugs should be clean/vacuumed and free of debris

  • Return items in an organized manner - same bins at pickup.

    • For example: All linens in the same crate, all table numbers in order, etc.

  • If items were lost or broken, please advise BEFORE their return
